You
might be surprised to know that I have a handful of interests
outside of real estate. I am a huge lover of creative instrumental
music, bike riding, auto racing, thrill rides at amusement parks,
inline skating, fishing, muscle cars, movies, computer technology,
playing cards, digital photography, investing, reading and just
about anything else that is either fun or challenging.
I have never met anyone who I didn’t share at least a couple
of common interests with and this is why social networking is
so great. I am a member of handful of social networks and I
have even created a few specialized networks for my personal

YouTube
There are
way more than 100 million active viewers utilizing YouTube
video on a regular basis. YouTube is the market leader when
it comes to online video content and they are continually
offering new features that keep viewers coming back over and
over again. YouTube combines social networking with entertainment,
education, online training, music videos, CNN political debates,
business training and this is only a few examples. If you

If you have
not heard of FaceBook let me begin with some amazing statistics

MySpace
I have to
admit that I originally had my reservations about MySpace when
a couple of top American real estate friends of mine asked me
if I would join them on MySpace and I quickly replied “Isn’t
MySpace a website for school kids?” I quickly learned that 79%
of all MySpace users are 18 years old and older so I looked
into it further and learned that MySpace has some amazing features
such a the search function, a blog function, personalized bulletin,
comment section, messaging, online photo gallery, a video function
very similar to YouTube that also exports or shares your MySpace
video with Google video and there are some other powerful features.
